Q. 這次實驗使用的是human fetal liver matchmaker cDNA library，CAT.#638805，LOT.#6080227。釣到的prey中，沒有in-frame的clone有八成，煩請幫忙回答為什麼做yeast two hybrid screening時，釣到的prey有八成沒有in-frame呢? （註：bait本身做x-gal assay不會變藍）
