QuPath was first released in 2016 with the goal of providing a user-friendly, open-source software application for whole slide image analysis. Now approaching its 9th birthday, QuPath has become a more powerful and versatile platform that can handle a variety of image types, including highly-multiplexed datasets. This seminar will introduce some of the new features added in the latest QuPath release, and discuss ways that QuPath can be used – on its own and with other open tools – for a range of bioimage analysis applications.
